Float single menu item to right side on navbar

In the top navbar of your T3 framework site you have floated the search form to the right side of the menu.
I have a similar menu, and I would like to float the last item of my menu - Login - to the right side of the menu.
Can you please tell me how to do this using the t3_blank template?
