Error when using Thememagic and when trying to update T3 from 2.1.5 to 2.2.1

I have searched your forums, and found a number of similar issues, but not a fix for mine, I am hoping you all can help.

I working on a new site build, running Joomla 3.3.0 installed using Industrix quickstart from ThemeHippo.

Quickstart came installed with T3 framework 2.1.5, the issue comes when trying to use Thememagic, attachment thememagic.png.

So I go into JA Extention Manager and see the update for for T3 Framework, attachment ja1.

When I press update, I receive another internal failure, attachment ja2.


I tried to manually do it, attachment ja3, but still no luck.

I am sure I am missing something simple, please help get me back on track.
