feature request

Hello everyone!

i thought of an extended position manager with this kind of http://getbootstrap.com/css/#responsive-utilities
would be awesome.
somekind of multipositioning of modules for devices.

for example:
desktop offcanvas (stuffed with some custom html-module),some menu module in sidebar1
smaller device offcanvas (load module from sidebar1 position) sidebar1 not shown.

what do you think?
is the best way to clone/{loadmodule}and configure postion manager to to this at the time?
