t3 bs3 blank and sobipro write review popup issue

Hi Guys,
I have used T3 Blank template BT3 version and I am using SobiPro , it keeps on changing many things on SobiPro with custom css and bootstrap options.
Recently I have setting up Review Tab for SobiPro and it is conflicting with the T3 framework code. I have tried to check with default template protostar and it all worked well.
Can someone please let me know the fix.

Steps to replicate issue : Go to the last tab on the URL called Feedback , click on Write review button and popup is not showing up.

can anyone please solve or guide me to solve this issue ?
