First off, I am using the latest edition of the T3 BS3 blank template (v2.1.5) on Joomla 3.
I have customized some of the HTML generated by the T3MenuMegamenuTpl class as described here: http://t3-framework.org/discussions/t3v3-mega-menu-html-override.html
On the front side of the web site, this is working fine and giving me the necessary results. However, once I open the template in the admin and attempt to access the Mega Menu configuration section, this functionality no longer works. I can no longer select and edit menu items like I can in the stock T3 BS3 template (i.e. before customization).
Is there a way to only enable the customizations for the front side rendering and not the admin?
