Having some problems with 'Layout' in the backend. I have attached a screenshot; basically, there are no grid positions under the 'Layout' tab. There's also no 'Responsive' tab or button that I can see.
Fresh site installed with t3_blank_j25.zip on joomla 2.5. Problem exists with Firefox 24 on windows xp. Same problem with latest Chrome on windows 7.
Is it related to joomla 2.5? I tried joomla 3.0, but it was adding '/article-category' to every article, which was majorly annoying.
