I want to change the layout within articles (such as multiple columns, text flow around images etc...).
1) Is this possible in Template Manager?
It looks like Template Manager is mainly for layout of the main page (and the responsive layout sizes).
2) I could make these changes for each article in css but I want to maintain the consistent T3 responsive design. What is the best way to do this?
3) Is there another extension that I should add?
