megamenu alignment border and fonts changing

Hi, step by step i understand the mechanism of this great template, but for now is a mistake, two things:


(see the attachments) I would like to be able to align the orange box with the banner brown, I have been looking around for the various files and css less but at the moment I do not understand how to do this.



While following the guides, I can not change the font of megamenu
