Font-Awesome Icons Missing after upgrade to t3-blank v2.1.6

Running:
Joomla v3.3.6
t3-blank v2.1.6
t3-plugin v2.4.1

I upgraded the t3 plugin from v2.3.2 directly to v2.4.1 and now the icons are not displaying - Red Herring, sorry for confusion
Icons went missing after upgrading to t3-blank v2.1.6
See screen print - I set the zoom to 200% so they would show clearly

Can you check this for me
