Remove menu dropdown icon

Hello,
When I create a menu with sub items, the frontend then adds the code to the menu that then displays a down arrow.

I know I can hide this with CSS disply:none but where in the code can I remove it completely?

Is there a template override available? It may also be good to have an option in the Mega Menu setting screen?
