Has anyone else been able to achieve the "shrink header on scroll" effect similar to what is detailed on this page:

I've tried multiple times over the last few months using slightly differing scripting methods but have never been able to get it to work so far, looks like JQuery errors (and yeah I've adjusted the code to suit my own page, ie changing ID and class names). I end up with either "Uncaught type error" or
