Submenus Not Showing

I've seen other posts regarding this problem, but none of them seem to solve my specific issue. I am using T3 Framework for Bootstrap 3 and the included Megamenu. The submenus work fine on desktop but do not appear on click on a mobile device, i.e., iPhone. Website is www.encyclopediajewishhealing.org
