Menu items in footer not displayed as well

Hello there,

I need some help to display footer items menu vertically instead of obliquely as you can see in screenshots.
I pasted the following code in css in bottom, but does not work :

.t3-footnav .t3-module ul > li:before {line-height: 1;}


Help please.
