Ark Editor icons

I am using the ark editor with the t3 framework. I noticed it throws some things off and the search button doesn't show up. I narrowed it down to the ark plugins for bootstrap and typography.

do you have any suggestions to help fix this. for now I've disabled them. Could moving the t3 plugins below or something help?
