Optimize JS breaks BootstrapJS (with Redshop?)

Hello - my optimize JS breaks my BootstrapJS, I'm no JS guru, but I think it may be the Redshop JS that comes after it in the compressed JS file??

I have tried to exclude the /plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/js/jquery-1.11.2.js file and add that manually in the template both before and after the compress file, but that's not worked either.

EDIT - Actually in order to get my BootstrapJS working I have to use a plugin (System - jQuery Easy) to load /plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/js/jquery-1.11.2.js as the only jQuery. It may be that using this older version of RedShop (1.1.11) means I just cannot compress the JS on this site.
