I have put the mainnav block before the header block but the logo still shows up before the mainnav section. What determines the screen location of the different blocks? Secondly, how do I switch them so that the mainnav block appears at the top of the page and the header lies directly beneath the mainnav block. (I want the menu right at the top of the page.)
