Is T3 the answer?

Hi,
I have messed around over the years going back and forth between template clubs never really liking anything out there.
My question.... Does using t3 mean I can fine tune exactly where I want things and style it myself?

IF however I decided to install Jarvis from themeforest I could blend my T3 creation with the Jarvis styling?

I hope that makes sense
