Megamenu not saving

Hello,

i apply my custom made modules to menu, but unfortunately its not saving properly. After some time the submenu items come back, but i always delete them and replace them with my custom modules. Why is it doing that?

And now I am also facing the problem with notification This module might not available with current Access Level

T3 Bs3 Blank Version:2.2.1
T3 Framework Version:2.5.1

What am i doing wrong?
