Module Positions Responsive Layout disappear from backend

Hi,
Serious problem.
On the same VPS installed last version of joomla (3.5) and T3 package.
On the first one' Everything is ok but in the second Module Positions Responsive Layout disappear from backend admin.
I get Parallels announcement that maybe the page is blocked by my server provider or that there is no content on the website.
Checked with my provider and there is content on the website.
Uninstalled and installed again' but nothing helps.
Any suggestions?
