Second level of menu on mobile devices dropdown (now it's always showing)

Hello,

If I look at my site on a mobile device, I see the menu is a dropdown, and also the first level is a dropdown, but the second level is always open, which is confusing. Can i change the second level also in a dropdown, and if so, how can I do it?
