Module positions are missing

I'm using T3 framework and the installation works well. I found difficulties when I couldn't find the modules of my existing templates. One article said, due to the limit of php memory, we need to delete unused modules to free some space for the appropriate modules to appear. My question is, how can I differentiate the right modules so I don't delete them?
