Who are will can making some paid changes?

Hi Guys!

I needed some help for making changes like this:
1) nav bar same style at this site include search and login/register options
2) category blog must be have:
- a responsive main image for articles with link to article
- fixed intro text leight
- read more button is right and smaller
- voting must be styled and use font awesome or glyphicons
- email to friend options must be move to right side of article details block or right side of article tittle block
