Real World example of adding a jQuery Plugin, anyone?

Hi folks,

I have been tinkering with jQuery plugins, trying to add them to the BS3 template.

I have had limited success. I create a basic html site and get it to work locally, fine. But adding to the template I usually get 'error: function is not defined'.

If anyone wants to post their process of choosing a jQuery plugin and adding to a T3 site then please do!!!
