Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes)

I am trying the new T3 beta and blank boostrap 3 template on Joomla 3.2. Whenever I enable development mode getting this error from here:

plugins/system/t3/includes/lessphp/less/less.php on line 4613

I have used t3 and blank template up to joomla 3.16 on this server with no such php issues. Ideas????
