Iron ore beneficiation plant introduction:
Iron ore beneficiation plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as cone crusher, dust catcher on the production line.Iron ore crusher and iron ore grinding machine is the first step in iron ore beneficiation plant. Ore crushed through the thick, the block is no more than 1m, and then through the medium and fine crushing and screening ore particle size less than 12mm into the final product sent to the grinding grooves.

Iron Ore Crushing Plant
The impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharge from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support. The machine employs self-weigh security device in its back frame. When other objects enter the impact cavity, they will be forced out the machine by the impact rack in the front and back of the machine.
