T3 bs3 blank template mobile bar like t3 blank template

hi, i'm using t3 bs3 blank template, but i don't like the offcanvas button on the left in main menu also in desktop view.
i want a mobile bar like t3 bs 2.3.2 template: fixed on top just in mobile view, menu button on the left, and, like your site t3-framework.org, login module on the right.
