Error instal T3 V.2 in Joomla 3.2

Hello, I am trying to install the T3 and I am getting the error:
Error
There was an error uploading this file to the server.

  I've tried to unzip the zip file and install it via find, but the parameters of the template does not work.
  And the site gives error:
500 - T3_MISSING_T3_PLUGIN
