T3 off-canvas menu problem

Hello I am using a template with your framework, but I have a problem with the responsive layout.
When is in responsive view the button for off-canvas menu is displayed but is also displayed the normal menu.
and when is in off canvas mode the menu is not in the right order.

Any suggestion?
