Scrollspy with megamenu - is it possible?

I'm building a one page scroll landing page, but would also like some feature of megamenu. The problem is, scrollspy works with megamenu off, (and the menu items activate as they should) but with mega-menu on, scrollspy just seems to not exist.

Any help would be appreciated. I've tried everything I could think of.
