Thememagic problems with colors

Hi,
did clean install with joomla3.2 and t3 framework and blank t3 blank 1.42

did use theme green and layout default content right
then did go to thememagic load green and got Background Color #0bb and not @white
when i go to the front of the site i got Background Color @white

when i look at variables less
i see this

@bodyBackground: @white;
@textColor: @grayDark;

is it possible that there are problems themmagic
