T3 framework and blank template in joomla 3.2 beta

Hi.
I have the following problem.
did complete new install joomla 3.2 beta
with t3v3 framework 1.41 and blank template 1.41
but at the instal i got these warning


Warning

JFolder: :folder: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/vhosts/g-biesservice.nl/httpdocs/less/themes

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/vhosts/g-biesservice.nl/httpdocs/tpls

when i look into the template its look that it has installed everything but when i want to go to theme then there is only default installed (see picture)
and 2 second problem you can not chose any layout.

maybe joomla 3.2 beta but i am not sure. do you have a solution for this
