Installing v2.5.2 on Joomla v3.4.5

I have recently installed the latest version of the T3 framework on Joomla 3.4.5, however when I go to edit the template, I can't see the mega menu or theme magic button I saw when using an older version.

Do these have to be added separately or is this expected behaviour?
