How to completely uninstall T3 Framework Package

Hi...

I try to uninstall "T3 Framework Package - Version 1.1.0 RC2 " but it give me this error:

Failed loading XML file
/home/exoduser/public_html/xxx.com/administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_T3.xml

Package Uninstall: Missing manifest file
