**SOLVED** I overlooked a very basic thing.... system cache was enabled whereas template 'development mode' only works I guess when Joomla system cache is disabled.

I installed a Joomla extension called JotCache to help with some caching issues I was having with Hikashop (I'm running Joomla 2.5). Hikashop does not work with template cache on.
However due to some conflicts, I have un-installed JotCache. The problem is that now when I am in template 'development mode' all my pages are still caching. The only way I can see changes on the front-end (whilst developing my site) is by deleting all cache in 'Maintenance > Clear cache', then refreshing the page.
Do any of you have any idea how I can fix this issue? It's a long shot but thought I would try!
