T3 blank, position sidebar-2 scroll implementing

Hy guys,

I'm using newest T3 blank (Bootstrap 2) with Joomla 2.5.18

I'm interested in how do I implement a scroll function in the sidebar-2 position. In that position I have a couple of custom-html modules and one menu module.
So, how do I get the scroll effect like this 'grow effect' on this page for complete sidebar-2 position on Joomla, for ALL modules and menus.
